There are a variety of different taste & styles of vinegar, the most popular, Balsamic vinegar, originates from Modena – a town in Northern Italy.

This premium vinegar has a dark, almost treacly colour, is very smooth and mellow with a deep complexity and layers of richness. The very finest Balsamic vinegars are made from the juice of Trebbiano grapes, which is boiled down to an almost syrup like consistency.
