Grotta del Sole winery was born as a "wine project" with the precise intention of re-discovering quality wines from the Campania region and promoting their virtues to a wider worldwide audience. Grotta del Sole is the result of the deep love that the Martusciellos family feel for the wines of their land; thanks to this feeling, the philosophy of production pursued by the family aims at exalting the taste of "terrior". Quality, tradition, typicality, genuineness, culture... these are the guiding philosophies which Grotta Del Sole observes throughout its oenological programme.

Tasting Notes: Rich with the character of this volcanic region. Pale in colour with a nose and bounty of flavours that boast of golden apple fruits, white peaches, lime and a light touch of sage. These flavours are very soft and long lasting.

Tasting Notes: Wonderful growing conditions combine to produce a Greco of great structure and class. Produced only from selected grapes, this wine is intensely aromatic with a hint of peaches, apricots and almonds and good weight of fruit on the palate and that gives a soft honeyed roundness.

Tasting Notes: This wine has a great character and a depth of flavour and boasts a golden straw colour. The nose is very fresh with long lasting notes of white fruits such as apple, pear and melon. The taste is very fresh yet soft with excellent length.

Tasting Notes: This superb red wine is produced in limited quantities and grapes are hand picked from selected vines. The colour is ruby red with violet tints, while the nose is fruity and spicy. Blackcurrant, raspberry, wild berry, black pepper, liquorice and tobacco notes are prevalent and the palate is very soft with balanced tannins.

Tasting Notes: These grapes whose name means 'red feet' is grown in the area of the volcano Vesuvius in a soil rich in ash. The wine is dark ruby in colour with delicate hints of violets and ground pepper on the nose. Its texture is rich and smooth, with a velvety and dry taste.
