Tasting Notes:Deep red in colour with vibrant ruby reflections. Wonderful aromas of juicy red fruits with notes of wild blueberries & blackberries that follow through to the palate.
Food Pairing: Versatile wine suitable for a range of dishes in particular red meats & game.

Cabernet Sauvignon Lazio IGT "Colle Imperatore"

Origin: Lazio, Italy
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:Deep red in colour with purple highlights, this wine has a complex bouquet of aromatic spices, leather, juicy plum & ripe cherries. The mouthfeel is full bodied with tannins softened by delicate maturation in light oak.
Food Pairing: Excellent accompaniment to strong flavoured dishes such as grilled lamb chops with rosemary, pork roast and mature cheese.
