Tasting Notes: A mouth watering and zingy Pinot Grigio that displays fresh aromas of green apple and spicy citrus fruits. The perfect blend of fruity undertones with a crisp, dry long lasting finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal accompaniment to fish & chicken dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C .

Tasting Notes: An Italian favourite style wine, with mouth watering undertones of summer fruit flavours and a crisp, clean palate. This wine makes an excellent aperitif or accompaniment to light summer salads.

Origin: Sicilia, Italy
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: With a subtle fruity nose this Chardonnay has an extremely pleasant mouth feel. Dry and full bodied on the palate with a mellow, velvety finish.
Food Pairing: It is an excellent all-course wine and a perfect accompaniment for hors-d'oeuvres, light first courses and fish-based-dishes.

Grapes: 100% Merlot
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red colour with intense crimson reflections. A well rounded, medium bodied soft wine that gives typical character of Merlot grapes.
Food Pairing: Excellent with red meats, game and seasoned cheeses. Serve at a temperature between 18 - 20°C.

Grapes: 80% Corvina, 15% Rondinella & 5% Molinara
Tasting Notes: Rich & vibrant ruby red in colour with aromas of dried fruit & ripe cherries. The palate is well balanced, persistent with smooth tannins follow a clean flavour with delicate woody undertones.
