Fratelli Pasqua was established in 1925 by four brothers and is today managed by the family's second generation who have retained the traditions of family ownership and management. A large vineyard and cellar in the heart of Verona are complemented by smaller vineyards held by Pasqua throughout the region. They are proud to offer a level of quality and diversity in Veronese wines that is difficult to find elsewhere.

Morago Cabernet Sauvignon IGT
Origin: Veneto, Italy
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes: Grapes from the North of Lake Garda are selected and after a short fermentation, the wine is aged for several months in new oak barriques. Deep ruby red with garnet hues, this is a smooth fruity wine with intense aromas of plums and vanilla. A rich, well structured and complex wine that has received acclaim throughout the world!
Food Pairing: Well suited to speciality starters, roast or grilled red meat, venison and game. To be served at 20-22°C.

Villa Borghetti Amarone Valpolicella Classico DOC
Origin: Veneto, Italy
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Negara.
Tasting Notes: One of Italy's most prestigious dry red wines from the Valpolicella Classico area. The wine is produced from semi-dried, late pressed grapes, hence the high alcohol level. The complex bouquet hints vanilla and cherry conserve and depth of robust yet elegant, balsamic and toasty flavours.
Food Pairing: Enjoy the wine's wonderfully concentrated aromas and flavours with rich meats such as duck, venison and wild boar.

Tasting Notes: Italy's most well known dry white wine produced from grapes grown in the Soave Classico region, on the Venetian hills. The wine has a lovely aromatic lift and superb balance on the palate. It is delicate on the nose with light aromas of almond blossom and marzipan, while on the palate it has good depth of fruit nicely balanced by a fresh acidity that enhances its length

Tasting Notes: Aromatic aroma of freshly crushed cranberries and a hint of apricot. This harmonious single-vineyard wine obtains its colour from the maceration of the must with the pink-skinned Pinot Grigio grapes for one night at 4-5°C, which enhances its floral and fruity bouquet.

Villa Borghetti Rosso Veneto 'Passimento' IGT
Origin: Veneto, Italy
Grapes: 40% Merlot, 30% Corvina and 30% Croatina
Tasting Notes: 'Passimento' takes its name from the traditional method of producing Amarone, made by drying handpicked grapes into wooden trays from the harvest. Following a period of oak ageing in barrels, this wine becomes deep ruby red in colour and oozes intense aromas of ripened red berries layered with hints of soft spices. The palate is well balanced with velvety tannins and is soft and rounded in its finish
